Michael's Floor Care has been using Ultra Durable's Epic products for more than 5 years. Training and support from the home office are excellent, office staff is always responsive and helpful, online ordering makes it so much easier to do on my time, products are excellent and helps make very happy clients. We use Epic on VCT and l flooring quite a bit and clients are always surprised and impressed with how long it lasts, how easy it is to care for and how beautiful the floors are with this product on. The low VOC''s also make it an ideal product to install in a residential or occupied commercial situation. I would - and do - recommend Ultra Durable to lots of professionals to learn how to install properly and offer their clients!

The epoxy system they have is top notch. I had poured some concrete counter tops and the concrete was dusting and making the finish supplied by the countertop mix company fail. I was able to remove the failing finish and go over with a white epoxy and it has been great. Super durable and looks amazing

I am an individual homeowner, and sealed the floor in my basement. The product was easy to use, the videos were very helpful, and most importantly my customer service rep was very responsive, knowledgeable, and helped a great deal. Chris Box talked me through the process thoroughly, and was very responsive and helpful with my endless questions back to him - even over the holidays! I probably would have been afraid to take this on if not for him. Very good experience, and very good results! Thanks!!

I'm a HUGE fan of Ultra Durable. Their EPIC urethane coating over my Lonseal vinyl floor in our medical office and surgery center has changed my life. Our old acrylic coatings were a nightmare to keep clean and attractive. I was on my hands and knees daily cleaning it. Corporate Care from Long Beach, CA stripped our acrylic and applied EPIC coating over a weekend in our surgery center. We use Tersano stabilized aqueous ozone to keep it clean and microbe free. EASY and successful system. Highly recommend Ultra Durable coating over vinyl flooring.

Used their Epic product on a luxury vinyl tile floor in my house. Came out amazing. Beautiful gloss finish. Easy to use for a first timer. Customer service contacted me before I started and made sure that I was all set. Cannot recommend them and their products enough!
