We had our roof replaced in 2009 after hail damage. A couple of years later the garage valley leaked. I called many times and they wouldn't call back. Wrote a letter and emailed, finally a guy came out. (After close to a year of leaving messages every couple of months and having the very nice receptionist promise they would call me.) He looked at the valley and announced that it wasn't done right, installer didn't layer the materials correctly and he could fix it. He called his office and spoke to I think a guy named Shawn. He was told by his shop to get in his truck and leave. Which he did. My husband was bewildered..he just drove away. Then they again refused to return my calls. Horribly disappointed. I wanted to have my roof fixed and understood it was past warranty but they didn't care at all.

Needed my house roof replaced, along with gutters and work on my shed. Contacted Lutgen. Derrick the salesman was right on time. This morning Ray, Joker and the crew showed up right on time. Very impressed with everything. From delivery of dumpster, shingles and how smooth things went. They are truly professionals. Still waiting on gutters and shed. Expecting the same great service. Btw I fired my last contractor because they didnt deliver.

I wanted to give a huge shout-out to Alex and his team. They worked 3 12 hour days in the heat to get the siding done on our house and garage. They were so polite and professional. Alex took time to answer our questions and took time to explain what steps were next. I just wanted to make sure that you know that Alex and his team represent your company very well! We are so happy with the results of our new shingles and siding. We look forward to working with you on future projects.
