BMW quoted me over 15K in repairs on a car that is worth about 5-6K. When I requested a breakdown to try to determine what was required, I couldn't get a clear answer. Trying to get in touch with a service manager who was willing to help was frustrating, and they were not able to answer my questions.
I took my car to Poquet Auto to get a quote to compare to, and they performed all of the required work including an inspection for ~$400, which is less than I paid BMW for the inspection alone.
I highly recommend you get a 2nd opinion before spending any money here, unless you don't care about paying the highest amount possible. Poquet Auto seems great, and I will be a future buyer there.

When purchasing a brand new luxury vehicle, you would expect a matching experience. We found the exact X3 we were looking for, the color and the features, and made an appointment to come see it the following day. Since we live 45 min away, it was super important to secure this time. We were promised, by more than one person, that the vehicle would be cleaned up and ready for us when we arrived. We were emailed and called to confirm this appointment, so the excitement of acquiring the new vehicle was getting real. Then the ball dropped. Just as we were about to leave home we get a call to tell us the car has been sold!!! This is completely unacceptable for a brand new luxury vehicle purchase experience. You have lost our trust, our loyalty and our business. If you can do this to us before we even become a customer, what will you do after. We will find another dealer that operates with integrity and respect and one that values their customers.
