This is the MN BMW dealership to go to, fantastic experience overall. I had the good fortune to work with Harrison, found him to be very friendly and genuine, as well as patient and attentive even though I was a pain in the butt due to this being my first luxury car purchase. He really made me feel like a "valued customer" and often felt like his only client despite knowing how busy things were. Full disclosure I had done pretty much all the research possible ahead of time so I can only speak to my experience as an informed buyer, but I was happy with the answers I did receive. Not once did I feel overly pressured by anyone there, there was a little upselling and other typical dealer shenanigans but it was barely worth mentioning. Even with so much construction happening the facility is incredible, communication with staff was fantastic overall and I appreciated the effort made to provide me with more resources post-purchase than I could've asked for. They could've made a lot less money off of me, but with the experience I had I was happy to take that hit. Everyone from the front desk to management that I worked with deserves accolades, and I look forward to throwing money at BMW of Minnetonka for years to come.
