        Chef Ted is the real deal. Forget about a caterer. This is a professional chef. I have crossed paths with him many times at events and have hired him myself on more than one special occasion. He is the Creme de la Creme. Incredible food, wonderful presentation, profession, elegant, and takes care of everything. My guests raved. Don't think twice!
