Anyone looking for a new phone I would recommend steering clear of the Minnetonka store and Will and Brandon. They wouldn't provide me with last names so just the whole store should be avoided. My Father went in looking to replace a battery in a basic phone. He specifically did not want to spend more money on a "expensive" phone or change plans. He ended up leaving with a $130 smart phone with $30 data add on. He had no idea that the plan was an additional $30 month until I explained it to him a week later. He WAS also eligible for a phone upgrade where he could have been given a free phone instead he was sold one for $130 with functions he would never use or understand. Obviously he was taken advantage of by very unethical sales "professionals" who only saw someone who didn't fully understand the plans and technology who they could take advantage of to bump up their daily numbers. Luckily I was able to explain all this two him before his two weeks were up. However after I had a civil conversation with the manager Brandon (only asking for his Regional manager's name, his name, and Will's name) my father was asked never to return to the store. BTW he is still stuck with his original phone as they would not help him to find other alternatives.
