Rude. Not one person said hello when I walked in or offered to help me. I was the only person in the store, and for the approx 20 minutes I was in the store they never said hello or offered to help. Clearly they assumed that I wasnt the clientele they think had money to spend in their storedont judge a book by its cover. After receiving a poor review, they basically made excuses.they were busyI should have asked for help. What a joke

If you're just a regular person who could buy anything in that store.. Watch out the older sales clerk quickly took what I was considering and put it up at the front rack..I felt like she thought I was going to steal it.. Very snutty..I did buy bthoughtconsidered not the way I felt

This business has very nice things but the customer service is the most Atrocious thing ever! they were rolling their eyes and acting disrespectful to us the minute we walked in. The only time they were nice to us is when I decided to purchase something. We had asked to share a dressing room and the lady practically yelled at us. There were other people in the store that were older than us and they acted politely towards them. We wanted to speak up but did not have the confidence to a the time. Anytime we were looking through a rack they gave glared at us from across the room. Do not recommend going to fashion avenue if you do not want to feel less then welcome in their store.

While the selection of brands at this store is generally elevated, the experience left a lot to be desired. I went back and forth about leaving a review at all, but ultimately decided that folks larger than a size 6 deserve to know. The selection of clothes larger than a medium is *extremely* limited. For a shop that somewhat curates their offerings this display of seeming fatphobia is really disappointing. They additionally had multiple instances of the larger size of two identical items being priced higher than the smaller size, with the one I asked about they didn't honor the smaller price for the larger size saying the smaller tag was a "mistake", which even if that's true is poor practice and reinforced the air of fatphobia. (We all know if I was going to buy the smaller size they would've honored that price.) The icing on the whole thing was one of the staff members shadowing me around the small space like I was going to steal something. They get 2 stars instead of 1 because it's well organized and you can easily go in and hunt through everything over a lunch break.

I have been holding onto a gift card for a long time. Through the years, it wasnt convenient to visit so I never got around to it until fall of 2022. I recently moved to the area and am needing use what I have (my gift card) and get more familiar with whats around for shopping options. I can feel a little out of place in Wayzata at times, but when I visited the staff were warm and welcoming. they greeted me asked if I was looking for anything started a fitting room shared smiles all the way to completing my purchase These things helped me feel comfortable and that I belonged. Thank you Fashion Avenue staff! P.s. I am a lover of window displays and notice that they always have great outfits in the windows.
