I am disappointed. Unreliable delivery service. I was sick so I ordered some meds for delivery. I was updated that medication was delivered but the package was nowhere to be found. I called customer service and they just offered a refund.

Long wait at pharmacy to pick up prescription. The tall, middle-aged, balding male pharmacist was very rude and lost a customer because of his rudeness.

Well-staffed, short wait, was patient with me using a discount card I found online (similar to GoodRx) to re-run the cost.

This is a terrible Walgreens and drags down the reputation of the Walgreens name. I am SO SICK of wasting my time and gas to come to this garbage Walgreens only to find that they have again decided to close early on a whim. They do not have the authority to close the store 45 minutes early because it is slow, yet they continue to do so time and time again. Totally unacceptable and no regard for customers time. I know for a fact they close early due to lazy staff not wanting to be there while it is slow because I caught them right in the middle of trying to pull this stunt about 6 months ago and an employee standing outside told me they were shutting down because it is slow. Additionally, there is a smug male cashier/stock person that is incredibly and consistently rude every time Im there(when I can actually make it inside because they havent closed early.). He doesnt want to answer questions and one time recently he refused to take cash as a form of payment because he didnt have a register that would take cash. It was a stupid excuse that made no sense, and I couldnt even complete my purchase. After driving through treacherous weather tonight only to find them closed 35 minutes early, again, I decided to write this because Walgreens Wayzata absolutely deserves the bad review and enough is enough. I will pray for a new drug store that has good standard to take the place of this one.
