Just another prosecutor (lawyer) who does not know or care what probable cause really is. I do, as I have shoved it down his throat twice when he tried prosecuting me (never got to trial on either one). Gives the legal profession a bad name, full of himself and not the law. Save yourself some money and get a good lawyer instead.
