JN Built did a big remodel for us last year. It included two bathrooms, a kitchen, flooring, and painting. It was a great experience. Jake and Markku were a pleasure to work with. And the contractors working on different parts of the job were also very good - professional and courteous. The project came in on time and under budget. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend JN Built.

5-stars isn't enough. Exceptional Builder! World-class experience, customer service, and processes. Complete transparency on the budgeting, and no hidden fees that most in the industry are known for. I have been through several construction projects from ground up projects to remodels, and none are even comparable to the quality JN Built offers. From tearing down an old farmstead, road development, to design build, I can't say one negative comment about our experience with Jake Ylioja, Raino Niemela, and their team! Look forward to working with JN Built again in the future!

Jake and team are the BEST! Loved working with them on our kitchen remodel- project finished on time & on budget. Jake made every step of the project enjoyable and kept us in the loop on everything. Cant recommend them enough
