His willingness to be a resource no matter the time of day helps in coordinating if you work odd shifts for work. He also had no issues driving out of the city to show us several houses for sale which led us to finding our new home. Andy provides an expert eye when looking to buy/sell and is very open and transparent to keep expectations realistic yet hopeful. My wife and I have worked with Andy twice and each time he has made the process of buying/selling as easy and streamline as possible. Andy is an exceptional realtor and even more exceptional as a person. He helped us with the sale of our home. He is a real people person and he cared about us fulfilling our goals in selling our home. Andy is thoughtful and considerate; was respectful of the stress that came with selling our home; on top of what was going on at any given moment for our situation; he answered all our questions and was very responsive. All the arrangements he made for the sale of our home were spot on. He gave us names of wonderful resources to do some fix-up before our home went on the market. He arranged for staging that set off our home beautifully. To sum up: Andy was everything we wanted and needed in a realtor and he exceeded our every expectation. It took me a year to rate Andy, but hands down Andy as been the best realtor I've worked with. He listened to what I wanted and responded to my emails/calls on a timely manner. I would highly recommend Andy and I would work with Andy again with any future sale/purchases.
