Michael was an excellent realtor for us. We were able to coordinate an out of state move with him and cleanly got through the entire process. He, my wife and I outlined our strategy in an initial call. We executed our strategy over our home search and ended up with a home that we love. Because we needed to fly in with our infant, my wife and I wanted to see a high number of potential homes in a condensed period. Michael made himself available and showed us all of the properties that we wanted to see. He advised us thoroughly through the offer stage, and was our feet on the ground in the weeks leading up to closing. This is the fifth real estate transaction for which my wife and I have engaged a realtor, and Michael was excellent. Our priorities became his, and he was an informed advocate for us in Minneapolis, which was an unfamiliar market to us.
