Kellie was very responsive to our home selling needs. She was extremely prompt in returning all calls/emails/texts and answering all our questions as we worked through the process. She even made herself available while on vacation. Kellie made our dreams come true as first-time home buyers! She educated us on the home buying process before we began looking, so we had a clear sense of how things would proceed once we were ready to make an offer. During house showings, Kellie knew what to look for (and lookout for) while going through the home. She helped us understand what we could get at our budget, and always had our best interests in mind. She was never judgemental, even when I wanted to look at some dilapidated single family homes, or when I would favorite homes on the MLS portal at 3AM. After many showings, it finally happened - we found a place that was perfect for us. Kellie helped us put together a strategic offer, which was accepted by the seller. When a few issues came up in the home inspection, Kellie helped us negotiate. We were able to close on the home and felt confident we were in good hands and getting a fair deal. I would highly recommend Kellie to anyone desiring a professional, kind, patient, and knowledgeable real estate agent to go through the home buying process with!
