We bought a house with Ben Johnson, it was really great experience. We know Ben from a friend who also used Ben as realtor. Ben is not those aggressive sales man, he worked with the schedule we wanted. He also knows a lot about mortgage, it really benefit first time home buyer, he will explain all the details to you. On the close date, he also checked the air conditioner for us make sure it turn on before we sign the paper. He also pushed the seller for an answer and try best to have your offer accepted. Highly recommend, he will work on behalf your interests.

Ben Johnson and his team were great to work with! Being a first time home buyer we did not know what to expect but Ben made the whole process comfortable and was there to answer any questions that came up. Our house came on the market and the RE/MAX results team was able to meet us to view the house within an hour. I would recommend them to anyone I meet!

Ben Johnson is simply the best; genuine with so much great expertise. Cannot recommend him and his team enough. He has guided us through 2 home purchases and 1 home sale. When we were ready to make a move to a new home there wasn't a moments hesitation in knowing we'd reach out to him again. Ben does such a great job at providing his expertise while making the buying/selling process so comfortable. He truly approaches it like we're a team, wanting to ensure the home we buy is perfect for us (never felt pressured, and he definitely does not take a 'sales-y' approach). He welcomed all of our questions, was always patient, and helped us see watch-outs in homes we may have missed on our own. We always felt confident in making offers and navigating the inspection/closing process. Love working with Ben and can't wait until the day comes to do it again :)
