My husband and I were looking for a place in Minnetonka given its charm, proximity to Minneapolis and highly rated school district. For that, we wanted a realtor we knew we could trust and who knew the area, so we turned to Paul. We were right to do so. The process of finding a home in such a high demand area as Tonka was challenging, but Paul was always guiding us through it. He was quick to respond when we needed a tour, knowledgeable whenever we had a question, and most importantly, honest when he knew we were making decisions that weren't in our best interest. While the process was long and exhausting, it was made a lot easier because of him. We eventually found our perfect home in Minnetonka and we have Paul to thank for it. If it hadn't been for him, there is a very good chance we would have made a rushed decision to get it over with, and I wouldn't be writing this review in this beautiful living room that I love so much. So thank you, Paul! If we ever decide it's in our best interest to find a new home, we will absolutely be using Paul for the sale and purchase of our next home.
