Today, I signed contract with DM Companies. One of the leasing agent who is Alex helped me a lot. Although I was outside of USA, we was able to communicate through Zoom. Alex is such a good person. He answered every questions that I have and he responded very quickly. I am so thankful and appreciate to Alex that he was able to do couple of virtual meeting with me. Again, I am thankful to Alex that he spared his time to do zoom meeting with me. Looking forward to living in 2024~2025 apartment.

I love around lyn-lake, the apartment is reasonably priced for the area. The unit and building are nice, always clean in the hall/entryway, and the maintenance team is very willing to get stuff done + answer requests

my very first apartment as a citizen of the united states! super cute apartment, decent priced rent & super responsive and friendly management! they were all so tolerant of my thousands of questions (queue culture shock) and as a guardian of a reactive dog with stranger danger, they were very understanding & accommodating to my pups needs.

they made finding an apartment very easy for me, and were always just one call away when i had any issues. A very friendly staff
