Patrick and his team were so wonderful to work with! I am a first time homebuyer and would not have been able to navigate through everything without them! They were so flexible and able to get me in to see new homes so quickly, answered all my questions and gave a lot of great tips and advise! I felt like I could trust Patrick, he wasn't just going to tell me what I wanted to hear, but gave his honest feedback. From seeing the first house, to my closing date, Patrick helped make the whole process less scary and so seamless!

I am a young homebuyer and Michelle has helped me find 2 homes now. Each time she has made me feel heard and supported through such an intimidating process. She was intentional about picking the homes we looked at, knowledgeable and honest about the pros and cons of each place, and was always available to answer my many (sometimes silly) questions when home-buying anxieties took over late at night. Her demeanor made me feel at ease and welcome despite home-buying feeling so inaccessible at times. Michelle was a consumate (and fun!) professional throughout the home buying (and selling) process. She has a no pressure approach to both that makes you feel comfortable from start to finish. Beyond that her availability is exceptional. We never once felt like we missed out on an opportunity due to lack of action. She was on top of things at all times and very accommodating and responsive when it came to both processes. Often being able to do things at a moments notice (like looking at homes, working on offers and counter offers, etc.). We can't recommend her highly enough. Choosing her (and her team) as your realtor is a no brainer.
