I was looking for a website designer for my new small business and found Red Balloon. Terri was knowledgeable, professional and responsive. She had lots of good suggestions and helped me put together a website that was easily searchable and attractive to viewers. Terri explained my options clearly so that I could make decisions that worked best for me and my business. She also referred me to other professionals who supported me in my new business. I had been struggling with making progress on my new website for a few months. I made the decision that I really needed to get help. I had already selected Square Space as my host so I needed to find someone to help that knew how to work with Square Space. I began searching for a smaller web designer, ideally a 1-person shop that focused on helping small businesses that have started a project but need help to move it forward. I came across the Red Balloon Web Design site and the home page describes they do what I need. I reached out to Terri and within a couple days of email communication to describe my project and what I needed, and a follow up Teams meeting, I asked for a quote to support my project. The quote was reasonable compared to others I had seen from 2 other web designers. As a Director of Sales in my day job I found it beneficial to have a written quote that I needed to sign before we could begin to work together. It confirmed she understood what I needed and presented her approach to solving my open issues. Very professional from a business point of view. Signed agreements protects both parties and insures good communication about expectations. It turned out that Terri brought valuable insights into the design to improve the overall look and flow of the website. It became much easier for users to follow the progression of the messaging. She really helped with the content in two ways: one was helping with some minor editing of my content and the second was with the additional images she found and added to the site the totally fit the message in the content. At the end of the day, she turned out to be a great partner to have through my journey to create a website that achieved the actual vision I had for it, that I could not have done myself. I would give her a 5-Star rating and recommend reaching out to her for help if you're struggling with the development of a website for your start up or small business that wants to grow.

Terri, at Red Balloon Web Design originally created our web site for our business. We circled back a couple of years later, and asked her to set up a Google Business Profile to help us reach one of our strategies for 2024. She was able to quickly walk us through what we needed to do, and executed everything seamlessly.

My small youth bowling tournament organization was looking for a way to incorporate online registration and payments on our WordPress website.
