        Went to the Burger King in Bay St Louis and had a previous receipt with a code from a survey for a free whopper sandwich. The first employee didnt know how to enter it. The shift manager said the system wouldnt support the coupon and I would have to pay $4.48 for the whopper after the required purchase and there was nothing she could do about it. How about charging me for a whopper meal and giving me a free whopper? I walked out and will not be back. I cant believe how some supposed managers cant find simple solutions to simple problems. I went to Wendys and will never go back to that Burger King.

        Waited over 15 minutes for 3 items, got pulled around to the front and had to walk in to the restaurant to remind the workers that I had food waiting.
