Ive called Brennan Compretta office on two different occasions, months apart and can NEVER get a quote or a return call after an employee would say they would call me back. I give this business a NEGATIVE -1 for customer service. BUSINESS IS BUSINESS. If you can help, help. If you cant help, dont tell a customer you will call them back and never call back.

The lady in the office is always so nice to me and helpful when I call asking questions. She never makes me feel silly and always explains everything. I think I've been there 2 or 3 years. Best prices too but I would prob stay even if someone was a *little lower

They don't like to help, but instead just hand you a number and send you on your way. From all my experience of having worked for an insurance agency this is not how it is supposed to work. I know when my car was hit, the others party's agency actually did all his claim paper work.
