Dickey's Barbecue Pit

I ordered my husband the pulled pork and the rib plate and omg when he open it It looked like someone ate it and spit back in the box. It was very dry and cold . I won't be ordering from here anymore. It is the bay st louis store. Very nasty

I have eaten many times from Dickeys in Bay St. Louis MS. I just received my food and very disappointed. My wife, myself, and my son ordered food. I ordered the chicken (dry) with regular sausage (burnt and very dry), my wife ordered the chicken (dry) with jalapeo sausage (burnt and dry) and my son ordered chicken (dry) and pulled pork (dry). I have never had the driest food in my life. This is ridiculous and horrible that we spend this much money for this. I have never had bad food from here but as of what I dealt with tonight we wont ever order again. I cant believe that you send out food like this. Only thing that was good was fried okra. Not to hard to mess that up. You need to fix this issue. Ive always loved your food but it was a disappointment this time. Not a happy customer and possibly wont return. Its no good for you to send me an email to handle my problems when dont reply to the email. I sent an email after my review. No response. You cant fix your problems by telling me to send to an email address that you dont reply back to. You just act like you care and that everything goes away. Bad business. I expect to hear from someone. I fell you still need to handle this issue professionally. Just telling people to email the complaint and you not answering the complaint is not a great way of running a business.
