Most of the workers, with the exception of Kayla or Jen seem annoyed, or like they are being inconvenienced when you ask about how the childs days have gone. They also left our infant in a bouncer for hours each day, which contributed to them being seriously delayed with milestones in walking and mobility. When this was brought up they tried justifying by saying core strength is always being built while in bouncers. Yeah thanks lady. We also had our child fed food he was allergic to on more than one occasion. Resulting in us having to worry almost daily if our child was being fed something which would result in him being sent to the ER. This was also even after explaining in detail what he could or couldnt eat. Common sense practices are thing of mystery here, like wiping down mats and floors with cleaning wipes or bleach, then letting infants crawl right through it. Also the director making someone get a COVID test for simply wearing a mask and following CDC guidelines during the height of the pandemic shows a serious lack of experience and competence in this place. In just two weeks of our kids going to a new learning center they have brought home more arts and crafts in over a YEAR of being at this caterpillar. This place also has a pending lawsuit so If you want kids to learn and not just be stuck in front of Cocomelon for eight hours each day I would highly not recommend this daycare.
