        My delivery was sitting on the ground at my front door when I arrived home. Im not understanding why the florist didnt call me to deliver them. In MY opinion, that was completely unprofessional. All it took was a phone call.

        I ordered a beautiful Sunny Cyclamen in beautiful white vase for a family member's funeral and a SuPerl delivered a cheap green ivy in an even cheaper container. I am beyond upset and am thoroughly embarrassed. I will be calling first thing in the morning to ask for a refund and SuPerl can go to the funeral home and pick their plant up. I am in tears. Mrs. Nash deserved much more and much better than what SuPerl delivered.
