ESCO’S DID NOT FAX PROOF OF INSURANCE TO MY CAR’S DEALERSHIP, CAUSING MY CAR TO BE REPOSESSED SHORTLY AFTER BUYING INSURANCE FROM ESCO’S. I nicely asked the young lady working there to simply call the car dealership and inform them of the mistake she had made, in hopes that it would help the situation. She proceeded to laugh in my face and refuse to call. She was very rude. She talked on her personal cellphone and played with a dog while “assisting” me. She then called one of her coworkers, who literally yelled at my grandmother, cancelled my policy, and forced us to leave. After cancelling my policy without my permission, Esco’s Insurance did not offer me a refund and charged me with a cancellation fee. Canton police had to force them to give me a refund. DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER BEING INSURED BY THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, IRRESPONSIBLE, AND CARELESS!!!
