        The staff is genuinely helpful, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. Extremely excellent, high-quality customer service. I have been a customer for about 4 months, and every time I visit the branch I am recognized by name. 100% recommended by me.

        I am a very loyal customer, but when I am miss led I lash out. Now this company has taken my kindness for weakness and it's time to tell the world. I had a one year contract with Tower Loan. The agreement was I pay double payment for 12 consecutive months. Well needless to say I started these payments on February, but ended up paying twice that month. So I started my online payments in April. When I arrived at, what I thought was my 12th month, they said I missed March. I said how so, when I made double payment in February. They said that that was an advance payment & that I needed to still have paid in March. Well now they are on my credit saying that I'm behind in making my payments. I will never use Tower Loan again...
