        I had a wonderful first appointment at Aspen Dental! I havent been to a dentist in a few years and had this underlying fear of judgement, as past dentists had shamed me for my poor oral health while Ive been dealing with depression. One of the techs (I think she was a tech) even hugged me when I started to cry because of how kind everyone was to me! Im very grateful to have found this dental office.

        I'm writing this on behalf of an elder patient. They have been charged for services that haven't happened yet. They have called and left multiple messages with no return calls. The customer service in Columbus, MS is horrible, and yes we can confirm the business is closed the entire month of March. The patient is starting to wonder if they have been scammed. This is a great fear for the elderly. Shame on you! Edit for January, 2024: Once again, the patient service is lacking for the Columbus, MS location. My elderly patient is trying to contact them, with no success. They were supposed to get in touch with them in November, but have not done so yet. The patient is waiting for a response when they have already paid. Please be more timely when dealing with your patients. The patient has left messages and phone numbers for a return call and nobody has done so. Please check your voicemail and return their calls. This is unacceptable.
