Wingate by Wyndham Columbus

We booked 2 rooms, one for my daughter and myself the other for my husband and and his son. My husband's room was dirty. My room was also dirty, and the toilet and light stopped working in the bathroom. When we (my daughter and i) got switched to a different room we were bitten by bed bugs. It was a horrible experience and I will gladly never return.

The most filthiest place I have ever been! As soon as you walk in the hotel it smells like urine and not to mention the front desk lady was very nonchalant, get to the rooms and it looks like an abandoned room with dust and dirt everywhere I thought I was being pranked dont waist your time to even stop!

This place is HORRIBLE!!!!!!! Upon my arrival here I was notified by a VERY RUDE AND UNKEMPT MALE MANAGER about the name change. I had other guest checking out because of BEGBUGS that they encountered. I can say I DIDN'T. The only upside is the INDOOR POOL that my grandkids and I enjoyed. DON'T COME HERE VERY WORST HOTEL EVER

I dont like to give bad reviews, but I will definitely never stay here again. The whole place was dirty. The elevators were sticky and had food on the floor for over 24 hours. My sheets had stains on them, the bathtub was rusty and stained, and the bathroom floor was gross. Breakfast was okay. No one at the front desk was friendly or welcoming.
