        After taking over this brokerage from direct rate, they made minimal effort into contacting me for a missed payment. No e mail, no call, just a registered letter that was never received. Now I've been entrapped into 3 years of a near 400% rate increase for non payment??? When contacted they won't even contact the actual insurance company in regards to this, what's the point of having a broker?
