        Went for a short pixie, got my head damn near shaved and almost a short bowl cut that is uneven and just a disaster. One of the instructors did the last 10-15 minutes. They did offer to fix it but after thinking it over I really don't see a way to fix it without going nearly bald.

        TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Walked in, no one greeted us. We asked if we could get one male haircut and the female a manicure. They told us to sit down for about 10 minutes. Approximately 235, they said they dont take any Appointments after 230, because they close in an hour. We saw three people walking around doing nothing, and inquired if they could at least do the male haircut, which usually takes less than 10 minutes? They said NO. We were so disappointed in the dismissive attitude, making us wait just to tell us NO. The male hairdresser gave off a very mean tone, sad for a client based business.

        Great salon experience! I got full highlights and some bright pink streaks throughout, and a haircut recently! And I am So Happy with how everything turned out!! Great atmosphere, and very knowledgeable instructors. And much more affordable salon services than a traditional beauty shop. I highly recommend checking them out!
