Staff is friendly. Spent over 3.5 hours there for a walk in appointment. I understand with covid testing there are going to be longer wait times but over 3 hrs is a little excessive in my opinion. Doctor did not give me all the scripts. I've called and left two messages about the script.... still nothing. Unfortunately, this has left a bad taste in my mouth and will not be returning.

Extremely slow phlebotomy department. 3+ hours to get fasting blood work drawn is excessive!

Appointments are kept in a timely fashion staff is okay facility is very good.

I just called to ask if any Family Practice physician was taking on new patients. I was informed there was one doctor. I asked if I could get the paperwork I would need to fill out emailed to me. I was told I would have to pick up the paperwork in person, fill it out, and return it. I stated that was strange and I didn't understand that rule. Receptionist replied they were not allowed to email paperwork and hung up. I recently had paperwork emailed to me from another doctor's office so I'm sure that practice isn't against the law or some medical board requirement. Why wouldn't an office be willing to prevent someone from having to drive to their location and pick up paperwork when they could email it? Sometimes common sense doesn't factor into business.
