        Worst experience I have had taking a proctored exam! The two ladys working were EXTREMELY rude to me. I take my exams at a different college so this was my first time at Jones. They were extremely unhelpful. One lady instructed me to take my phone to the computer and when I did so the other lady working came and literally grabbed my phone out of my hand after being instructed to take it to my computer. Needless to say I will never go back to Jones for any proctored exams and these ladys need to be reviewed!
