        Although I am a customer, this is not my home branch. I sold a car this morning using Bankplus Dogwood branch to sign and transfer documents. Ms. Pugh at the desk was very helpful, she even made a few copies for me. The teller ran all the currency through the counter and checked to make sure they were all bona fide, and she was very pleasant while doing so. When I was assured the money was the right amount and valid, I deposited same. They were helpful and made me feel secure in what could have been a stressful transaction even though I was unknown to them.

        When you're the only car in the drive thru for 7 mins to make a deposit. My deposit slips were already filled out & money ready. First, neither woman acknowledged me. I had to press the call button & speak first. Worst first experience at this location.

        Absolutely LOVE this team of people. They are quick and very professional. There's other branches, but I enjoy coming here. I've had a fraud charge for the first time in my life! Mrs. Rita assured me that everything will be taken care of and not to worry. She got me a new card asap. I was leaving town today and was so worried about eveything, I'm at ease now! Thanks to their team!
