        Hotel appears clean, but the phone in my room was inoperable. There were three obnoxious guests banging on doors around 10 o'clock, and I woke up with two bug bites. The hotel almost certainly needs to be treated for bed bugs. Ice maker on the third floor was non-functional. Drink machine on the third floor spit out the wrong drink. OH and there were ants around the waffle maker.

        Rooms less than stellar. Theyve seen better days. Water was tan (must have something going on with pipes or local water supply) so I used bottled water for brushing teeth. Shower was beat up, had to pull extremely hard on shower lever to get water to flow from shower instead of tub, and tub was stained. Missing a lamp shade, fridge was super loud. Staff was friendly and guests were quiet. But this is NOT a 3.9 star hotel.

All rooms have a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, desk, ergonomic chair, hair dryer, iron with ironing board, lap desk and Cloud Nine Hampton Inn Bedding. Other features include complimentary wired and wireless High Speed Internet Access, swimming pool, state-of-the-art fitness center, Business Center, guest laundry and Meeting Room which accommodates up to 50 persons.
