        My son had his test today there and the lady had a nasty attitude. She needs some more training on customer service. Please look into this. I have read some reviews and seems my son's experience was like everyone else.

        My test was scheduled for 9:30 with a required arrival time of 9:00. The place finally opened just after 9:30. The lady administering the tests seemed to be in a foul mood the entire time and STRICTLY enforces the mask (despite her not wearing one). I passed my exam so I dont have to go back. The place was clean and neat though.
