Has a nice website but has very poor representation, if you want to waste $40,000 Plus and still end up in prison then hire him to represent you, . I paid him $45,000 on a Saturday for a trial that starts on the following Monday for him to get in the courtroom on the that Tuesday around his former government colleagues to have him tell me that if I don't take the plea deal that he wouldn't appeal my case for me. He lied to me like he had a Jackson office an a partner but when it was time to go trial three days before trial he bring on co - counsel another attorney to help represent me that didn't know anything a about my case. My family sent him a suit for me to wear to trial that he didn't return back to them after losing my case,. I really felt that Peter switched sides with me and he was still a prosecutor for the government while pretending to represent me. He is very unprofessional , he's hard of hearing so he misses a lot of objections that will help you towards your appeal because you sure gone have to worry about winning on appeal if you hire him to represent you for a trial. The government used him like he was a floormat, also two days before trial the government sent in his former supervisor from when he was a prosecutor to be the opposing attorney for the government, it's a scam, a. ripoff, I'm just telling you all should be careful when looking for an attorney because out of the 100 cases he took to trial over the 40 years years being an attorney I'm sure he might've won probably won no more than 7 out of those 100. My family found this attorney and it was the biggest mistake of my life, he's very forgetful during trial, if you want my opinion i really think he's to old to still be practicing law, he claimed his daughter was supposed to been his Co- counsel but she was out for maternity leave, he wasn't even capable to even properly cross examine my accuser, the government screwed over him with the Brady material and he didn't find out until he was trying to cross examine the witness in the middle of trial. I'm just giving everyone a word of advice if you thinking about paying Peter to represent you in a trial then save your money and take a plea because it will save you alot of money and the extra time that you'll be spending in jail with his unprofessional representation for going to tria with him as your defense attorney, and added on top of whatever your suit cost you that your family send for you to wear.
