I would recommend these guys for repairs, they worked on my 15 Jag and completed the work on time. While completing the repairs they found another issue and were able to repair that as well. They even were able to apply a discount for the repairs because it was right before Christmas. I will definitely use them again.

I brought my Mazda Miata to these people for a rough idle and intermittent misfire, along with a request to install some front shocks I didn't want to tackle myself. You hold yourself out as an expert European car specialist. You assured me that I would receive the same attention to detail required for those brands. Your work was done improperly and you damaged my car. The lug nuts on the front driver's side were barely more than hand tight. I asked that you set my tire pressure to 27psi per the manual. Fronts were 17 & 14psi when I checked. You damaged the driver's front wheel. These wheels were freshly reconditioned with no blemishes. $200 You improperly assembled the driver's side strut assembly and the top spring cushion is way out of position. You reused old parts for which I provided new. That's about $500 to correct. I don't know how you removed the struts but they're terribly gouged up. The zip tie I used to ensure the stainless driver's side brake line remains clear of the tire appears to be the same one I installed. It would have needed to be cut and replaced if the control arm were removed as required by Mazda procedure (and common sense). I paid approximately $260 for the shocks you damaged. The headlights were recently refinished and perfectly smooth. Somehow you managed to badly gouge the driver's headlight. Those aren't cheap. There's fresh scratches on both sides at the rear of the car. These were not there before I left the car in your care. That's another $1k or so. You reported all sensors were working after your initial inspection. The engine idle was erratic but there was no check engine light at the time. After you worked on the car, the check engine light is on and there are multiple sensor issues including the coolant temp sensor, which was *disconnected* when I picked it up. You made "adjustments" to the throttle body *calibration* screw after I expressly advised you it is a "no-touch" setting and Mazda states that any change to the setting results in the requirement to replace the throttle body. You left "witness marks" on the set screw locknut, and your technician proudly stated to me that he "adjusted" the factory non-adjustable setting after I had repeatedly advised that it must not be touched. That's about $2k. To add insult to injury, It appears from a visual inspection that you failed to clean/decarbon the throttle body while it was off and readily in hand, which I contend anyone competent would do as a matter of course when diagnosing a fuel/air/misfire issue. Before you began work, you stated more than once that you would not charge me for "diagnostic" time. I'm unclear how you decided it is appropriate to charge me for time spent diagnosing when the primary driveability problem remains undiagnosed & unresolved, since: - you *gave up* on correcting the primary issue for which I brought it to your shop, and - the vehicle has *more problems* than when I left it with you. I have attached photos of the damage and improper workmanship so others can judge for themselves. I'll be seeking $ for replacement parts and labor to undo the damage done while in your possession, including, but not limited to: - new front shocks because there is no way to know if you compromised the shocks' integrity - repair of the paint that you damaged - replacement or refurbished headlights that you damaged - a replacement throttle body for the one you adjusted and thereby made unusable according to Mazda. *** Responding to JAG's reply (see screenshot). That's pretty thin skin you got there, JJ. How do your belligerent ad hominem insults negate the above facts and my very real pictures of your "work"? However you conduct *your* business, this is indeed how you have conducted *our* business. Too cowardly to contact or respond directly, or mitigate your liability, yet you replied here then apparently deleted. Do you self-annointed "pros" at JAG know how to read a shop manual, or MS statutes? I'll have the wheel/shocks/TB and that YouTube patch on display when we meet before a judge.. ***
