I started the bankruptcy in October of 2022 and still in the process and no case number. I been calling with the promises of call backs and leaving voicemails asking for updates on my case. No response as of yet. I've been impacted by the debt companies that I'm trying to resolve with through the bankruptcy due to them not giving me a case number. Kerri has great customer service when we speak. It's getting to that point is the challenge. I feel like she isn't getting my messages. I gave an extra star for Kerri's service... give her raise. A raise lol.

Does not return phone calls. I have spoke to 3 different people and left a voicemail for one and no one has returned my call. My husband tried calling as well and no return call.
