Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I had no problems during the rental or return. The vehicle was exceptionally clean and exactly what we asked for. I feel in love with the vehicle that was given and my deposit was refunded immediately. I love enterprise

Absolute worst customer service ever. The Assistant manager was so unhelpful . We had an issue when we arrived which we had to come up with our own solution for instead of the Assistant manager not helping by giving us alternatives. She simply quoted policies , the Manger simply hid in the office . We came up with a solution on our own and they said ohh that will work yet they didn't really want to do it but it worked. The entire time they simply quoted policies with no solutions , I understand the need for policies but if there is a alternative solution to help your customer fulfil the need then you need to workshop it with them instead of simply saying tough your on your own next customer especially when its a business customer that rents cars from the brand all of the time . We couldn't use our regular branch because they were out of cars so we were forced to this branch and were amazed at the difference in customer service , Enterprise should take note of this when the difference in customer service from location to location is so different . And the best part was this assistant manager and probably the manager ether , didn't understand the branding on credit cards , you know Disney , PayPal , whatever brand people put on cards and they said they couldn't take branded credit cards. I'm not going to name the assistant managers name as the intent of this post is not to be cruel but to inform future business or personal customers to avoid this location. I'm not sure what the test is to get to be an assistant manager there but it doesn't include customer service training or general knowledge of business, The lack of quality employees in businesses these days is really showing , obviously this location had to settle for whomever applied for the Job and this is what happens to a good brand with low skill employees or employees with poor training are left to deal with the customers. And the problem is most likely with her manager , but who would know when he simply stays in the office . We rent from enterprise all of the time but this will be the last time from this branch . The branch has mostly negative reviews on yelp and will continue to receive them as long as this team is in place.

I highly recommend Enterprise . We went to pick up made reservations to pick a mid size vehicle. It's wasn't available they substitute it with a Brand New small SUV .The manager apologized for our convience 1/4 of tank of is acceptable when returning .
