        Mr. Farmer went over and beyond what I expected from customer service. He listened and empathized with my situation. After I voiced my concern, he immediately addressed it, took action, and rectified it. He did not buck from the challenge; he faced it head-on.

        Customers beware! Im not one to leave reviews often, and if I do its usually positive, but this company has horrible customer service. We had new flooring installed approximately two years ago. Absolutely no issues with the installation. They were punctual and professional. Now, about two years later, we have several areas of the floor that is coming unglued and cracking. Were still under warranty and have called more than 10 TIMES to have someone come out and assess and fix. They keep giving us the runaround and no one is calling/emailing us back. My boyfriend has talked to them several times and they escalate the case but never respond. So frustrating! Were understanding people and easy to deal with. Its taken long over a month of no action on their part for me to finally leave a negative review, but were still not giving up on them fixing our floors.
