Theresa, please tell the truth… the complaint was filed long before we took over management of the property and filed eviction on you! You didn’t “rent” the home. You even admitted in court today that you have lived there, rent free, for an entire YEAR! You and the 10 other people squatting in the home were caught stealing power and water from our property next door, on several occasions, dating back in August! Let’s not even mention all of the illegal drug activity, paraphernalia, etc. that has been going on there. Just to clarify, how can we tell anyone to cut off power and water when it’s not even cut on? You have lived there for a year and paid NOTHING! You have done nothing but destroy this poor, elderly, man’s property and stolen from him! Just as you did the property next door! You should be ashamed of yourself. The only reason you left this review is because today, for once, your lies and manipulation did not work and you were actually held ACCOUNTABLE, in a court of law, based off of the proof and evidence that we provided. Sadly, the only part of court today that was disrespectful and comical was you with your lies and excuses. If you consider standing up for what’s right and for those who cannot stand for themselves, against others like you, as lying, cheating, and unethical, well, that’s your own uneducated opinion. Please know that we, as a company, will always continue to uphold honesty, integrity, and will continue to stand up for what’s right and for those who cannot stand for themselves, just as you witnessed today!
