        A part for our dump trailer barn door broke off and I called ahead to see if they carried the part. The guy told me that he was busy with a customer but if I texted him a photo of what I needed, he would check, and text me back with a pic. He texted back with the attached pic and it seemed to fit so I drove down and bought the part. I double checked the part when I arrived back home and it seems to be an exact match for the old part. I now need to weld this new one on! Thanks for the help!

        Called for partstold me they had them. Drove 1.5 hours one way. They lied. Waste of time. Go elsewhere!!!!

        One of the most unfriendly customer service I have ever met. They literally kicked me out while I was asking for an specific part, I guess they feel threatened because they only know what they know and nothing else. Rudes and unprofessional workers.

      Sorry about your bad experience. No one remembers talking to someone for the part you were asking for. We have never in 30 years stocked or sold that part. I do believe you either asked for the wrong part on the phone or had called someone else.

      Customer asked for something we did not sell and then started to argue about it to me. Could not speak English very clearly and I asked him to move on after wasting 10 mins of my time. Drivers like you is what gives hot shot drivers a bad name in the business. Maybe you should find another career or have the equipment for the job at hand.
