Topper World Gulfport

Brought my new 2023 Ram in to have a bed liner sprayed in as part of a deal from Champion of Gulfport. I was left with overspray smudges and streaks running the length of the bed as well as indented plastic on the tailgate. Tape was left on the truck where it was masked off, and it had been driven through mud and not even sprayed or wiped down. Before all of the aforementioned things were realized, I asked for a quote on some step bars in a particular style that was being displayed in the showroom, I have yet to get that quote. If you want great service, look elsewhere. If you are ok with having your new 70k truck with less than 200 miles in unsure non empathetic hands, then this may be the place for you. Edit: Instead of being empathetic and attempting to reconcile the issue, you decide to blame the customer? It wasn't just the inch of tape that was used to block the camera it was the other foot of tape that must have been used when draping the side. How is it my responsibility to ask you to wash off my truck after you just said that you got it muddy? I brought a clean truck to you, am I supposed to just be ok with it being dirty when returned? That's not even mentioning the dirty handprints on the interior and cab. Also, there was no miscommunication. I pointed to and touched the step bars on the display and asked to get a price on them for my truck because I didn't want the generic chrome plated with plastic. I was told that you would check and get back to me. So much for customer service.....

I had Topper World install a "Lock and Roll" truck bed cover on my new 2025 Chevy truck. I'm very pleased with the quality of their work. Altho the cover and labor were costly, I believe their prices were competitive. I recommend!
