Please do not go into this store the CHILD that works the door real bright skin has red hair has a very NASTY attitude. She is always rude and this is not the first complaint on her. I understand having a hard day at work but if every day somebody is complaining about her attitude something has to be done I will NEVER step foot in this store again because how she spoke to me.

Went in this store to look around cause weve never been in hereone woman who worked there approached us and told us that we would have to leave our bags at the front and when I asked why she had a very smart remark and we walked out while she noted a couple of unpleasant remarkswe will not ever walk back in that store and will be telling everyone we know to avoid that place if all possible!! Horrible experience!! Also noted there were no signs on the doors that stated you couldnt carry anything inside the store.

On Aug 14th I received my order via delivery to my home for a pair of heels. These heels were for my wedding in September. Once I opened them, I tried one on and realized they were a little uncomfortable. Even though as I opened the pink bag, I felt like the shoes could have possibly been a return already because of the condition of the pink bag that I received them in. As I attempted to re-package them, I turn over the opposite shoe that I tried on and realized that there was once a sticker under the bottom of that shoes, and it appeared as if it had been peeled off and maybe that caused a sticky area then once the next person tried it on and walked on carpet it caused an ugly sticky appearance underneath. Remind you, this is how I received them! So because there was no other signs of ware to the heels, I decided to return them to the Hattiesburg Ms store in Turtle Creek mall on Aug 15th 2023. When I got there the young lady who is currently pregnant was my cashier, Im not sure if shes the manager or not but this girl has a very nasty personality! She did not greet me and had an attitude from start to finish about my return! I explained to her that I was returning them because they were not comfortable and I only wanted to swapped them out. I then showed her the bottom and told her thats how I received them. She then told me I cant take this back you might want to send them back online and if you dont want them. I dont want them because of the condition I told her that was the way I received them and I think thats very unfair because I didnt want to go through the troubles of sending them back through the mail. And that was unfair because thats the condition I received them in! She showed know empathy and was very rude! And let me also mention thats not the first time I encountered her! Shes always nasty Tom customers and I will never shop in that store again!

No matter what people say? The manager in particular Cynthia which is always nice when I visit with family. I don't know what confusion folks say about her, I yet had a bad experience in years being a customer
