        Way better then the A**holes at B&G. If anyone uses B&G might as well get the lube out.

        All the staff was friendly and helpful I was picking up a broken excavator that was purchased online (wasn't theirs they were holding it for an estate) lots of room for big semis to maneuver easy access to I-20

        I recently took a Bandit wood chipper in to have some work done on it by TraxPlus. I was initially told that the engine, which was smoking, was under warranty and shouldn't be an issue to replace. I get a call back a few days later and they tell me that the breather cap on the chipper is not the factory OEM cap and the intake is dirty so my warranty on the chipper is now void. Well, this could be understandable, BUT the thing is the cap is one that TRAXPLUS SOLD US A COUPLE WEEKS BEFORE!!! In the meantime we had issues with another chipper of the same model and when we called to order parts we were instructed to get a new throttle body for a 2016 Ford Fusion and "that should work ok". Luckily I did not follow their advice and bought the proper part online. BEWARE OF THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT
