        Every one of the staff members at this branch are amazing. I received superb service from both Junior and Misty. They went above and beyond to find the exact loan solution that would help me the most! I wont use anyone else! Theyre the best :)

        I have worked with 1st Franklin for many years and no matter who I deal with there they are always friendly & courteous despite the circumstances (ie If I am asking to take out a loan or paying off one (even early!) or if I am approved or denied or they have something going on, such as a death in the family). THAT is why I always come back to them when I need financial help. They ARENT just fair weather friends, they truly do care about people in the community regardless of if you are a potential or established customer. I only gave them 4 stars because it is my personal policy to do so since I feel like everyone has room for improvement, even if I dont know how that looks.
