Ive tried multiple other companies in town, but they all always tried to oversell me or charge a fortune for the work. Freemans stands behind their work, they are fair and do really good work. I take my personal and work vehicles there and they have always taken good care of them. I wont go anywhere else in town if I can help it.

Called for a quote and to talk with a MECHANIC about my vehicle..the so called receptionist said they don't give quotes over the phone and she couldn't take a mechanic off a job so I said okay then she asked WHAT'S WRONG With IT as if she's QUALIFIED to answer my questions on the vehicle so for kicks I told her then she says it could be anything wrong with the car lol I tried not to say a bad word to this that's why I wanted to talk to a MECHANIC in the first place..why would I pay a tow truck to a shop just to tell me a bush of mess in person when they can tell me over the phone and me not having to come out the pocket for a tow truck just to have it towed back to my house that's ridiculous and I'm glad she did this so if she's like this then they're all like this..happy no money wasted and won't be not with this auto shop BAD Business here people

Would not fix my vehice because I had the parts, And did not buy them from Freeman auto repair. That's crazy. I guess everybody's money's not good money there.

Freeman Auto diagnoses car maintenance problems effectively and communicates the cost and time involved well to the customer before the work is complete. Fair pricing. Friendly service.
