quick and easy. made the initial agreement through their app, and it took their sent only a few seconds to verify it and give me the keys. my only complaint was that i did not get the car i wanted but the replacement was acceptable.

No help whatsoever. These folks are slow and u walk to the counter and simply ignore you till they decide u r worthy. Extremely inconsistent.

If you want to reserve a car weeks in advance arrive and be told told they have over sold. use Avis.

The Avis location in the Jackson Mississippi Airport is the worst rental car place I have ever encountered. First, I booked my car and paid for it while I was in Italy. My wife and I had to come to the USA and take care of some business. After flying for about 11 hours, we finally made to Jackson Mississippi Airport late. When I went to the Avis counter to pick up my rental car, they tell me that they dont have any cars and that I would need to come back the next day and if I cancel it, I would not get a refund. After talking with corporate the next day, they decided to cancel my reservation and refund my full amount. The people at the rental car place were so unprofessional and nasty! I am avis preferred the staff was kind but I paid for my rental in full 2 days prior for pickup thru the avis app I used the pay now option for a one way vehicle from that location for pickup at 12 pm for February 11th I was sent my vehicle Information to the avis app on my phone at 9:15 A.M I made it to the airport at 10:30 . I asked the lady at the front desk in the avis preferred counter what the earliest time I can pick up my vehicle without any extra charges I was told something like that since I am avis preferred once the vehicle information is sent to you that means avis has already confirmed your vehicle and it can be picked up at any time. I asked her multiple times that I dont mind waiting another hour if i will be charged for another day . She confirmed multiple times that I had nothing to worry about and that they had already closed it out so it could be picked up at 10:30 without an extra charge after leaving the airport I noticed on my avis app I had an estimated total due of 193$ which is the rate of an extra day . Along with that it shows onnthe app the I picked up my vehicle at 9:15 but I hadnt made it to the airport yet 9:15 is when avis sent me my vehicle information .
