0/10 - Do NOT recommend. I have boarded at this barn several times over the past 20 years when it was under old management & I never had an issue. New management doesn't know much about horses in the first place & kicked us out over me wanting a copy of the contract for my new horse. Very unprofessional & unknowledgeable. @ LaToyia, he killed your horse & @Kelsey, he tried to kill you. May want to rethink these reviews.

I have boarded several horses at this facility for the past 3 years. It was a very run down facility that was for sale and offered self care board when I arrived. It was the only farm that I could find to accommodate my 5 horses at the time. In January 2022, the farm changed ownership. The new owner not only offered "full care board" which has proven to be an excellent choice for my horses and me, but he has a vision of making this facility a first class equine facility. He has put a great deal of thought into improvements with continual upgrading and renovations that deserve recognition. One year has passed and the farm has changed completely with more plans in the near future. It is true, the owner is new to owning an equine facility but not new to the understanding of horses and to the providing of excellent, compassionate care for all the horses stabled at this facility. The farm faced some challenges this first year and the owner met them head on with his full attention and a quick, knowledgeable resolution. A few "self boarders"decided to leave within a few months after the management change. The owner had/has made every attempt to allow the "inherited boarders" to remain at the farm. The owner does set the highest standards for the proper care, safety, and cleanliness of the horses. A few owners did choose to leave rather soon after the sale of the farm , as they felt the standards were set quite high and demands difficult to meet with their work schedules. I truly believe if they had given the situation more time, they would not have left. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone riding in any discipline, although at present, it is mostly Western riding and with plans leaning towards barrel racing. Now, the farm (at the present time) may not have all the amenities of high level training barns in the area, but I do believe in a few short years, this farm will be equal to any of the top facilities in the area. I have boarded horses in the past at one of the high end barns in the area. Looking back, the care was the best I could locate in the Jackson area. However, although the care was sufficient, my horses are being better cared for now. Can't say enough good things about this facility. At present, a very large, well built arena is being constructed. And that is just the beginning of many well planned additions to this farm.
