I have been dealing with Jaguar Jackson since November 2023. I live over 2 hours away and Jackson is the nearest location. I took my vehicle in for 65,000 miles service and less than a week I was having issues. I wasn't having any issues prior to the service. After numerous calls as no one answers the phone once you are transferred to the service department, I finally got an appointment in December 2023. Spent the whole day there only to be sent home telling me it was okay to drive as long as I don't accelerate too hard and I would need to bring it back for them to keep and break down. They promised me a loaner and would call when one would be available. It is now March 1, 2024 and no follow ups have been done. The new service manager gave me his personal cell to check in back in December because I complained about how hard it was to get someone on the phone in the service department. I have been the one initiating all contact with the same message that they are still waiting for a loaner. I am sure that I am getting the run around since I made contact Dec 26, 2023; December 27, 2023; January 3, 2024; January 8, 2024; January 12, 2024. I finally get a response on January 12, 2024 that he still doesn't have a loaner and I am on a "reserve" list. No more updates until I reached out on January 25, 2024 and was told I was still on this list. Again, no updates. I reached out again on February 16, 2024...nothing. They DO NOT answer their phones so my contact has been through the service managers personal cell. I was hoping the service and customer service was not as bad as the Google Reviews stated but I should have paid attention. I am at the point where I am considering some form of legal advice since I wasn't having issues prior to my vehicle being serviced and they keep giving me the runaround. It seems they are trying to avoid addressing the problem or they truly have poor customer service and do not care.

My experience was horrible! They would never give any updates! It took them 6-8 months to get the back of my jaguar fixed! I just stopped calling them because, they never are ready!

The automated system needs improvement as well as the answering assistant. I called multiple times only to be forwarded to someone's voice mail. Having driven to the location, I was able to schedule an appointment for repairs. Their Customer service department needs a total makeover! They are so backlogged to the point you wonder if they are short staffed or the product they're selling (Audi) is seriously flawed and full of hot air! Either way Audi vehicles should not require this much pampering based on their price!
