Thee Herbal Blessing

I called and a guy answered the phone and I asked him if he would be able to make mango flavored sea moss he said no maam. Ok. Cool. So I said when I come in there is only the regular sea moss and it is for my baby who eats the mango kind with no problem so what do you suggest that I give him to see what he likes. He replied well yall eat McDonalds and thats not good for you. So atm Im like what!!! Wait what. Really. We do NOT eat McDonalds at ALL. I cook at home. But thats beside the point. He said he isnt going to eat it you have to put it in applesauce. All children dont eat that. I was very disappointed at how I was treated and talked to over the phone. Ppl should learn how to talk with ppl. I know they have a lot of customers and they wont lose money over just 3 ppl. But I will not even waste my time anymore going here or spending our money online. I asked a simple question and a simple concern and he lashed back with a McDonalds statement! Wow!!!! Smh I only asked bc my childs school has the flu going around and he came home coughing all of a sudden and I was going to take that drive to Jackson but nope. Thank yall anyway for the previous great experiences I have had. But this one will not be overlooked! Wow. Support they say. Wow. I am disgusted!!! Smh.

This place is a treasure. One of the best healing and healthy spaces I have been, run by a good team of young folks that were knowledgeable and treated me well I will be back anytime I set foot in Jackson..

Purchase a product yesterday never opened it tried calling store back to return they wouldnt answer the phone just so unprofessional and I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone because clearly where its at they need the money thats why they wont do returns on the unopened product and they wouldnt return it so I will never shop here again and just no they dont take returns back on there on unopened bottles I will shop gnc moving forward because they expect returns and they give a full breakdown of how much supplement is in there product
